Thanks for shopping at CutHub. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days for date of receiving your item to return your item for a full refund except for return shipping costs. Please contact us prior to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

  • in good working order and in good condition (no damage)
  • Your item must be in the original package.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our loyalty is to our customers, if there is anything damaged on your CutHub system upon arrival or anything that is out of place we want to help fix it. We are happy to ship out extra parts or replacement pieces to make sure your CutHub operates correctly. Contact us and let us know what your problem is and we will do our best to solve it.
