WHAT BRANDS OF SAWS CAN BE USED?
95% of most name brand saws can be mounted on the Cut Hub. Several larger saws can't, but we can help customize and recommend adjustments to make your saw compatible. Shoot us an email or a call if you have any questions about your specific saw.
ARE THE LEGS ADJUSTABLE?
Each leg on the Cut Hub can be individually adjusted to account for uneven terrain. Legs can be adjusted to reach 36 inches.
HOW DO I STORE IT?
Each system we send out comes in box that also serves as a storage unit. We line the box with carpet to keep your table top in pristine condition for as long as possible. Video of storage box in use below.
HOW HEAVY IS IT?
Each table weighs about 40 lbs and is made out of lightweight but heavy duty aluminum.
ARE PARTS REPLACEABLE?
We specifically designed the Cut Hub to have no welded pieces on it. That way if anything happens to your system or it wears out over time it can be easily replaced with brand new parts.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
Just a few minutes. Most customers have their whole Cut Hub set up in under 5 minutes. Setting it up for the very first time usually takes longer as it requires you mounting your saw and making minor adjustments.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?
Dimensions depend on what type of set up you end up ordering. Pictured below is one of our most popular customizations. However customers have ordered systems both larger and smaller than this.

If you aren't happy with your Cut Hubs performance, send it back and we'll refund your money no questions asked. In two years of business we've only had one customer send it back. We are so confident you'll love it that we are willing to lose money to prove it.
If any part of your Cut Hub breaks, whether its your fault or ours, we will replace the part free of charge. One of our customers dropped a beam on his Cut Hub and we replaced every last part to get him back up and running.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have ordered, a member of our team will provide you with a tracking code to check the status of your order.
WHAT IS A NORMAL LEAD TIME?
Once you place an order with us it typically takes us 6-10 days to build out your order before it ships.
UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 lead times have increased to 2-8 weeks. High demand of Cut Hub systems and the delayed shipment of various parts has lead to this increase. We appreciate your understanding.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
If you happen to return a Cut Hub back to our headquarters we ask that it be sent in the same box we shipped it. (Again, it's only happened once!)
CAN I UPGRADE MY ORDER?
We specifically designed the Cut Hub to be easy to add on to. If you find that you want to upgrade to a bigger set up later on, it's very simple to attach another table or mounting kit to your existing system.
